I think it's insulting to those poor women to have someone like her lecturing them on their style. She is extraordinarily un-stylish and quite un-charming i think.

Like Ruby Hammer though she's sweet and always does that nice no-make up look that is actually really hard to do..

I don't think they ever look "younger" just more well groomed, with new dentures, and TERRIBLE outfits. But I agree about Ruby, she is lovely, and her make up tips are sensible.
