Tinted moisturisers with SPF for sensitive skin?

Can anyone recommend a tinted moisturiser with a fairly high SPF that's good for sensitive skin? I have just tried a Bobbi Brown product, but I'm obviously allergic to it, as my lips started to swell up. This is not the first time I've experience this with moisturisers - the more expensive they are, the more it seems I am likely to react - have had similar experience with Clarins and Dermalogica moisturisers.

Bare minerals complexion rescue. I have very sensitive skin, and can't even use silicones without causing a flare up. This one is fantastic for me.

I have sensitive skin and currently use The Body Shop CC cream although only SPF 20 - not sure if that's high enough? Think there are 3 shades to choose from.

Boots No. 7 BB cream, only SPF 15 but I use SPF 30 underneath.

My Dermatologist recommended daily face from the Sunsense range. I'm pale and have sensitive skin (dermatitis). It doesn't irritate and it doesn't look beige/orange. I also find it's a nice base for a bit of make up on a hot day.

Do you know which ingredient are you allergic to? It might be good to do a test to discover, so you won't have to deal with the discomfort anymore.

My suggestion would be for you to try Bareminerals or Laura Mercier.

Clinique City Block is spf 40 (broad spectrum), covers well and from what I've read has a good reputation for sensitive skin. I use it and love it.

Chantecaille Just Skin. £££ but just lovely. Supposedly good for sensitive skin, but as I have skin with the sensitivity of an elephant, I can't confirm that.

You could try Clinique CC cream spf30. Be aware that the colour becomes a bit lighter after a few minutes of wear, at least on me ;)
LRP have a tinted spf50 which is proper sun block, but I did not get along with it.

I've never discovered what it is that I'm allergic to - how would I do a test?

It's with the sun cream rather than the no7 make up but has the right level of tint for me with spf50 too, what's not to like! I have quite sensitive skin and this is the only thing I use. Not sure if I'm as sensitive as you but worth a try?

If you have an SPF that suits your skin already add a drop of your foundation and you have the product you should be fine with.
I tend to use a separate moisturiser/ serum as part of skin prep and then mix my SPF
as above. Either with a brush or fingers.
You can increase your coverage by increasing the foundation element.

I use a foundation with SPF 25 and then I top up my SPF as needed with this spray.

Morag I am v sensitive to lanolin, sodium laurel sulfate, and silicones. Might be worth looking at ingredients lists of toiletries that you have had a reaction to?

Yes....Nivea . Honestly. The brand moisturises and has excellent spf.
