Dry body brushing

Have read about this in magazines, and have bought a body brush to try using before my daily bath or shower.
Has anyone used them, and do you think it made a difference to your skin?
Does it mean that you don't need to use a body moisturiser as often?

It's really true everything comes around twice, this was the rage in the 80's Grin

Didn't realise that.
Well, I'm definitely old enough to remember it, but missed it last time round.

what evidence is there that you are not wasting your time?

beauty magazines are not known for being big on science or logical thinking.

I remember my mum doing it in the 80's- she'd also read it in magazines. She has lovely skin. I think it works as an exfoliation.

I think if you can be bothered doing anything religiously it'll 'help'.

I prefer to exfoliate in the shower, I tried dry brushing but it takes too long and I keep forgetting. This was maybe 15 years ago though!

I still have the brush, it was nice to brush my babies hair when they were still babies! Smile

I do my thighs every day. It definitely shifted my (admittedly mild) cellulite and has kept it at bay ever since.
