translucent powder?

I've started wearing bb cream recently to hide my redness a bit and we'll just to feel a bit more confident.

I'm really impressed with it however as I've not been setting it with a powder I'm finding it stays wet and transfers onto clothes and even onto the wall when I'm making up the beds.

I tried using my regular powder but found that my foundation is quite pale so I use a slightly darker powder as it suits me but when I used it with the bb cream I look orange.

So would this translucent powder help to set it? Will I look like I've shoved talc on my face?

No that's what translucent powder is for.

You could try Ponds BB Powder. It'll take some time to get to you but it's great. Covers my rosacea with minimal foundation, and only has a very little bit of colour.

Also has 50spf apparently!

I've used it for 10 years
Keeps my foundation on for about 12 hours
Top up half way during the day just to stop the shine

Is there a particular one you are looking at? Because translucent powder looks like it has colour but when applied doesn't - but then there's the white silica powder which is different.

Can't go wrong with mineral veil by bare minerals.

my daughter bought me Charlotte Tilbury powder for my birthday ..its really really nice ..especially good for under the eye area..it miraculously hides lines rather than accentuate them...here

I thought it was a easy as picking a lighter powder.

My skin is really dry so I love the feel of bb cream and it does stay on all day. In stuck with my Brad for the mo as it was £1 in boot clearance and I have 3 of them.

I saw this earlier but I think it's instead of a be cream?

That last link of powder looks really nice I'm not a huge spender on make up so max budget would be £10 as I want to get the no7 tubular mascara aswell as my treat to myself for losing 2 stone.

Soap and glory one heck of a blot powder is great and around the £10 I think.

It's not really worth spending loads on a powder I don't think.

Try any translucent powder. I use natural
Collection loose powder or the aforementioned ponds one. I always end up annoyed when I treat myself - I'be bought mac, chanel, Clinique - alsorts really, and they're just not worth the 1000% markup IMO!
