I'm 47 and have just qualified as a therapeutic radiographer and am about to start my first post in a month. I've noticed the past couple of years when I've been out on clinical rotation that my ankles have begun to swell by the end of the day. I'm pretty fit and tend to jog before work so that is not an issue. Have also tried wearing compression socks under the uniform which helped but in a warm hospital environment, this has left me really uncomfortable some days.
I already use fitflop gogh pro clogs which are comfy but don't really help with the lymphatic drainage. I know its probably my age but am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for footwear that might help. Thanks in advance.
