It looks really good but I don't know whether to bite the bullet and get one?

Sorry I can't help you as I've never used one, but I am interested in the responses you get as I've been looking at a brush like this for the past month, just afraid to spend money on it if it doesn't work too well.

I've got one.
I really like it. You still have to section your hair but it's so much quicker and easier than straighteners.
It doesn't give as much of a poker straight result as straighteners do but it's much more natural.
The brush itself does get pretty hot so be careful, although it does have an hour cut off if you forget to switch it off.

Thanks ready - I'm not too bothered about it being poker straight as I think it makes my hair look quite limp. Is it gentler on hair too?

I bought a cheapish one from e bay and tbh its not that great. I have thick frizzy hair (or rather did until I keratin straightened it) and it only smoothed it a bit, still needed straighteners. might re try now my hair is straighter and sleeker.

I've not got one either, but it looks amazing if the reviews are anything to go by. Anyone?

I have no idea if it's any kinder to hair I'm afraid sausage, but I would recommend it.
In saying that, it was a bit fiddly when my hair was short. It's now shoulder length and so much easier and quicker. To be honest, I was never very good at straightening so I love it!

DD2 has one. She says it's not as good as trad straighteners but is fine for a quick fix.

I bought one after the ad popped up on my facebook feed. Tried it for the first time today and it is amazing much better and quicker than straightener and you I didn't have to blow dry my hair first (did it on my straight out of bed dry hair). The knack is to make sure the bristle really go through the hair. Best way to do it is to hold the bottom of the hair section you are doing. It took me about 10 minutes and the back of my hair looked straight (which it never does with irons as I just can't do it properly).

I can already see how I won't be able to live without that little gadget.
