I once saw a bride with an elegant dress like that kittylette with a jacket over the top - it was all made to measure and the jacekt was fitted and followed the line of the dress IYSWIM - it was really lovely and I always thought I'd have something like that if I got married in winter (i didn't!) but I don't know where you would find something like that

These shoes are lovely. Chunky enough heel?

Or these are very classic.

oh please please wear a full length ( fake) ivory fur cloak with a blue satin lining. or even ivory velvet with blue satin

a stole will not keep you warm in november ( unless you are getting married somewhere warmer than the UK)

and get dance shoes with small wide heel & closed toes & strap and have them dyed to match your dress. you will be the only woman with comfortable feet at your wedding and you will remember and thank me remember it is very hard to sneak to the loo and put plasters on your toes
