Boots no.7 protect & perfect. Budget doesn't allow at the moment, so I'm back to my old faithful olay total effects, as can usually get it on half price offer at asda, tesco or boots, so generally £15 for both day and night cream, whereas the best offer boots has is 3 for 2, which still involves paying £45 or so. But I just love the feel of no.7 p&p as it goes on, it feels so luxurious like it's doing something great Grin

L'Occitane Shea Butter Rich Face Cream.

But I recently bought an Olay one for £4 in Superdrug and really like it for daytime:

L'oreal revitalift laser renew. It is quickly absorbed and keeps my skin hydrated whether it's really cold or hot and humid.

Aldi caviar made my eyes sting and come up in a red blotch. My fault for getting it on my eyelids. It is fine on my skin generally but I have struggled to find an eye cream that didn't irritate, to go with the Aldi cream.

Eucerin anti wrinkle cream

Kennington · 16/04/2016 08:18

Protect And perfect for. Make up base
Or eucerin in winter
Olay is really good and much cheaper than both
I like something with a little sun cream as am not outside so much

GingerFoxInAT0phat · 16/04/2016 08:25

Aveeno, I love it but might try Cetaphil or CeraVe next time. I like plain moisturisers that do the job.

Minesnotahighhorse · 16/04/2016 08:31

I have very dry, sensitive skin and have spent a small fortune over the years on expensive creams and treatments, never being happy with the results. Finally went to see a private dermatologist earlier this year who recommended Cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser (£8-10) and my skin has never been better, it's miraculous stuff!

Estée Lauder daywear for combo skin.

reader77 · 16/04/2016 09:19

Eucerin Hyalauran filler. I saw it recommended by someone on Mn and it's great.

parissont · 16/04/2016 13:37

Yes that's the one I use

It had sold out in all of our local boots stores but I found one hidden behind the hand cream Grin

It's really nice and doesn't irritate my eyes which a lot do.

Not overly keen on the smell

Frostycake · 16/04/2016 22:48

Glo-Theraputics. I use their cream cleanser, spf 40 (oil free) and Hydrating Moisturiser (oil free) and my skin has never looked so good. I'm going to get the eye gel too.

ifitsnotanarse · 16/04/2016 23:05

Switched from Olay to Vichy Idealia and Aqualia Thermal last year. Made a huge difference to my dry sensitive skin.

BagelGoesWalking · 17/04/2016 00:28

Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream. Have only recently started using it. Love it. Has definitely improved my skin which is usually very sensitive and dry. Also use Aveeno Daily moisturising lotion which is a bit lighter.

tappitytaptap · 17/04/2016 05:19

After using more expensive ones, the best for my oily skin is a Simple oil free one in a blue and white tube which costs a few quid. Works just as well as the Le Roche Posay one I used before it
