Big no-no in my book. Comfort is one thing but looking like a sack of spuds who should be presenting childrens tv show is another (sorry)

Piffle · 09/01/2007 13:22

I'd wear them at home but not out, so comfy
I'm tempted now as mat trousers are SHIT FIT on me and I am so uncomfy

poppiesinaline · 09/01/2007 13:30

NOOOOOOO don't do it. I think they look rank on pregnant and non-pregnant people.

TheBlonde · 09/01/2007 13:34

I would say no unless you are under 25!

saffymum · 09/01/2007 15:49

No no. Have you ever tried going to the loo in dungarees, try going with a bump sticking out the front, its quite a mission.

Kelly1978 · 09/01/2007 15:57

YES, YES! They are the only thing I really felt comfortable in during pregnancy. I'm tall so I didn't look too bad in them neither.

mummyhill · 09/01/2007 22:59

I lived in mine durring my last pregnancy as all the trousers I could find were "under the bump" and wouldn't stay up. Comfort and modesty (till the birth at least) win everytime here.

chocolatebirdy · 09/01/2007 23:00

No i am afraid, they are not ok normally and definatly not when pregnant.

Emskilou · 09/01/2007 23:11

From a style pov NO I looked like a weeble wobble with feet in mine but they were tres comfy, so only wear at home when you are not having any visitors!!lol they are a bit tricky when you are extremely desperate for a pee, so much so that I ripped the shouldery strappy thing on mine.
