Exercise DVD for a flabby post-natal person?

Not sure this is the right board, but does anyone have any recommendations or know of any review websites? I really need to get rid of my baby flab now I'm almost 12 weeks postnatal. Obviously I don't have much time () and I can't go nuts and do anything madly bootcampish, because I'm BFing. I want something a bit challenging though. In a previous life I've done triathlons, pilates and stuff, so I do like exercise.
Any advice appreciated!

amazon normally have reviews on the actuall products page.

Not sure about websites with reviews but I love the Nell Mcandrew dvds.. they're a little bit repetitive but you feel like you've really worked out afterwards.. having said that I haven't tried the workout since having dd (10wks) but I have been powerpramming. Have you tried this?

I did Cindy Crawford and Carol Smillie

few years back mind

They were both good once you got over laughing that Cindy was doing her workout on a beach in a pair of knickers and Carol was stomping round a wet park in a duffle coat

lol at Carol Smillie.
What's powerpramming Vickers?

Davina McCall's Power of 3 was the one I used and I get comments such as "you do not have the figure of someone who's had kids!"

Good luck

Powerpramming involves running/walking round a park with about 20 other mums with prams then stopping to do squats, stomach exercises etc .. kind of embarrasing (not to mention entertaining for the special brew crowd) but you get over it! website is www.powerpramming.co.uk and explains how you can start your own class if you're not in an area where there are already classes.

Collage video has a great website - it's American but has reviews of loads of dvds, some of which you can get off Amazon.
