Bra intervention

I've lost a considerable amount of weight and lost a lot from my boobs. Whilst losing weight I've been wearing sports bras but have a couple of things coming up that I need to get a couple of proper bras for.

How do I or anyone in a shop measure? Do you wear a bra? Without? But then my boobs are down by my knees so how do you get accurate cup size? How do you do it at home? Hate going into shops so any recommendations for good online places

Follow the measuring guide here. No bra, tight under bust is your band measurement, bend over at 90' to get your overbust.

Ok done as above and band is 36" and cup 50" which would make me a 36 jj?? But it's all loose skin not actual boob lol

Try a Panache style, they are usually really good at coping with the kind of boobs you're describing.
Ideally, a fitting at Bravissimo would be helpful but failing that, I'd suggest starting with an Envy in the size you've worked out. If possible card bash and order several sizes to compare/return so 36j, JJ and K.

Well I bought loads of panache bras in different sizes 36/38 h/j/k and none of them fit at all. Went to the high street today and got a load more 38/40 e/ee/f and again nothing - think I need to try a 38 ff/g

How do you get side boob to stay in the cup?
