I've been looking, but mostly not buying. I have ordered these shoes from Seven Boot Lane, but that's all so far.

Anyone got any bargains to recommend?

Glad I saw your photo Annarose - I was contemplating buying those! I have the black Hamble Oaks and they're great but the pewter are surprisingly shiny!!

Bought a coat today (won't say where from as S&B won't approve Grin) but is waterproof and warm for £29 which is a result!

Also bought two wool jumpers in Next - amazed they had my size left and DD a dress for £8.

Bought loads before Christmas - GAP seems to have constant discounts so bought jumpers and jeans.

Will definitely stop there as an intending to do no spend until at least the summer....

just pj's from Asda this year, but last year a dishwasher, washing machine and ipod dock, in previous years a laptop, dyson hoover, oven, towels, dinning table, all of my kitchen appliances have been bought in some sale at some point throughout the year!

PurpleDaisies · 31/12/2015 20:39

I got dune flat black loafers £27.50 from £70 (the best thing was I loved them back in the summer when they were full price). Also a cream jersey jacket/cover up cards thing from Fat Face £15 from £40 and this red dress from Episode in House of Fraser...

Just doing my online orders right now.

Already ordered a stash of DVF stuff from a U.S outlet store as it's much cheaper and you can't buy direct from the U.S. website.

Auberginey boots from Asos, £38 (they kept selling out & restocking so I pounced when they finally had size 6...then they did their half price on everything sale the next day [cross]...but am very pleased with them!)

Two red tops from Zara, grand total of £14, wasn't terribly impressed with the Zara sale this year

Ended up getting all new stuff from Urban Outfitters and skinnies from Levis which was not the plan! could have bought half the shop in UO, great stuff

Oh and some glycolic acid 15% night moisturiser from Bravura, looking forward to getting my face melted

I bought clothing from Whitestuff including a jumper and 2 tops. One is a bit of a pain because it has small buttons that do up at the back but it does look pretty and it is cotton.

I also bought a button up brown cord skirt which I like but am not sure what to wear with it. I don't like roll necks or polos and I'm not sure about tucking in either.

I did buy boots from John Lewis but they were not in the sale unfortunately. They are meant to be my Christmas present from DH.

Nice boots, Velour.

velourvoyageur · 01/01/2016 12:10

Aw, thank you Remus!

the Jimmy choo sandals - HILAIR

Nettletheelf · 01/01/2016 15:04

Show us a picture of your shoes then, Brenda. We won't laugh, honest!

BrendaandEddie · 01/01/2016 15:08

The ones im returning ?

Nettletheelf · 01/01/2016 15:15

No, the ones you wear. I'm secretly hoping for gold platform boots, or something.

BrendaandEddie · 01/01/2016 16:02

hmm - i am on my feet all day so do wear heels sometimes at work.
Le soir I am partial to a spikey heel but in the last year or so less so...

at the weekend I wear trainers on the sat then wellies most Sundays ( sport)

Rainbowglow · 01/01/2016 16:05

I bought 4 new bras and 6 pairs of pants from Agent Provocateur. Love AP but cant justify paying full price.

Nettletheelf · 01/01/2016 21:29

We need to SEE the heels, love. Give us a picture. Then we can decide whether you and your shoes live in a glass house!

marghini · 01/01/2016 21:31

I've bought this from Max&Co. 30% off!

I bought some sheepskin slippers from HoF half price for £35.

BirdyBedtime · 01/01/2016 22:17

For me two dresses half price in Monsoon - one orange knitted and one berry in a sort of quilted style and pockets (sounds hideous but looks great). For DCs new walking boots from Mountain warehouse, several items in next size up from John Lewis which I do every sale time. Plus new Gap fleeces for both (again always get in sales)

lurkingabit · 02/01/2016 13:36

Love the shape of the Armani jacket. Shame about the polyester.

lurkingabit · 02/01/2016 13:37

Have bought nothing in the sales. Nada.

SuperScribbler · 06/01/2016 09:44

I've succumbed to Brand Alley and ordered a Muubaa leather jacket and two Pure collection cashmere jumpers. They were great reductions though.

I've just bought a camel colour cable knit jumper, a buckle detail cable cardigan and a Blush leopard print onesie all from Very and they have VERY good discounts at the mo! All 3 items only came to £38ish. Some trousers etc on there for £5 down from 20ish. Don't usually shop on there but got an email which I usually delete but got curious and I could have easily spent £100s!
