Can anyone tell if my MAC lipstick is fake?

I bought a MAC lipstick on eBay (yes I know) and comparing it to my old one I think it might be fake. The base sticker is different and the new one only says MAC on on side of the barrel. I'm not going to be able to get to a MAC shop for a few weeks. Anyone hazard a guess? Thank you.

I have several MAC lipsticks that have labels that look like both of these labels. I know I've bought them all at MAC stores/airport kiosks (American and European kiosks)

I can take pictures of all of the labels so you can see if that helps either of you?

What I'm saying is, both of these labels are typical of reliable products. Not sure if yours are real or not, but I know mine are.

Have you got a pic of the tubes side by side and maybe a swatch of them on your hand?

I am happy to do this if you want, can I take these pictures tomorrow though (the school run) as thats when I can get time to take out all the lipsticks too.

Just looked at mine. All bought more than a year ago, from Selfridges if that makes any difference. MAC in silver on both sides of the cap. The writing looks like your 'real' one with the smaller print.

Fun Not sure if that was to me but I meant the OP's tubes. Although a pic of yours might help her.
