Polar night. I did a post on this recently but it got no replies (probably because it sounded like a shameless plug) but I was just so impressed with the results. I bought the trays/gels through my orthodontist after I'd finished braces treatment. It cost me £150 but it's much cheaper online. Nice to know its ortho approved though. I wore the gels for 20mins a day, for 10 days and my teeth were gleaming. No sensitivity at all and I've still got loads left-it comes with a 12 month expiry so I'm going to top them off before xmas. If you do buy it be sure to watch the demo videos on the website. It's important not to over fill the trays and that's what can cause gum irritation.

I've used pola night. I had the trays made by my dentist and bought the gel off him. It wasn't cheap but it worked well. I had a lot of issues with sensitivity and had to stop using it earlier than planned.

My new dentist recommends crest whitening strips if you know anyone in the US who can get them for you.
