OK, so I'm the wrong side of 45. But don't want to look like the back of a bus

What are your tips for staying young-looking? Plenty of exercise is a good one, obviously. Face cream with SPF another. Anyone else got any pearls of wisdom they'd like to share - be it about skincare, clothing or anything else? I am looking at Monica Belluci and thinking she is pretty damn fine - so not going to give up without a fight!!

Well yes being an alcoholic aint great for your skin but the odd glass of wine doesn't make a lot of difference from my observation.

The odd glass of good quality red wine is actually quite good for your skin. Something in red grapes, I believe.

My mother is an alcoholic who doesn't drink much water and she looks like a raisin.

you can't stay young looking. You are ageing. The alternative is death.

I think even little old ladies don't dress like little old ladies now, so there's really no need to change what you wear. Unless it is dungarees, Frozen t-shirts and bunches, you'll be fine.

smile, keep weight in healthy range, eat properly, move around, don't smoke, don't swill too much alcohol. Same advice as for all points in life, really.

I had a draping through House of Colour, and then I bought Colour my Style by David Zyla. I've been to see him twice now. I can't tell you what a difference it has made........even just the colour bit, the style was great but didn't have as big an impact i think.
