Moisturising or foundation for "glowing" skin?

I use Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation and whilst I like it, I feel I could look a bit more glowy. I'm a bit lazy with the cleansing and moisturising though... is that more likely to be where the problem lies?

When I do make time to cleanse/moisturise I use a hot cloth cleanser from Superdrug and Nivea Soft. I also use Sunsense factor 50 every day under my makeup.

I found that moisturiser doesn't make much difference on the glowy front, but the cleanser does. If I dont get the cleanser right, then my skin looks dull.

I haven't got oodles of money, so I am using a boots brightening cleanser and it seems to really suit my skin. my skin is now clear, not oily, and less dull. I use it with a muslin and hot water.

Beauty flash balm under your foundation will give you glowy skin.

Nars Sheer Glow.... Hands down best foundation for me. Love the stuff. Get a pump though.

I like the L'oreal Lumi Majique foundation.

Gene I was going to ask about Nars Sheer Glow - couldn't remember what it was called though. Will definitely try that one.
