Footner - top of feet peeling but not soles??

I used this product three days ago, and whilst the skin is peeling off the top and sides of my feet wonderfully, there's no sign of any peeling at all on the soles of my feet, which is why I used the product in the first place!

Can anyone let me know if this is normal - does it take a lot longer for the soles of the feet to start peeling? I'm wondering if I should have stayed motionless while the socks were on...maybe the bit of walking I did squished up all the gel to my ankles and tops of feet. My ankles are peeling fabulously too!!

I've used it twice and both times the tops went flaky first. The soles started peeling properly around day 6-7.

This happened to me too, it took a good 7 to 10 days before the thick parts of the undersides of my feet started to peel. They did eventually though.

If I do it again I will put vaseline more or less all over the tops and the softer instep/arch of my foot and leave the bag on for a bit longer to work on the built up areas of hard skin.

That's good to know, thank you. It did say on the info slip that it may take 7-10 days for the skin to start peeling, but I just wondered. I've been having great fun seeing removing it all.....yes, I really should get out more Grin.

It makes a right revolting mess of the house though especially when you sit there picking and rubbing at it while you watch Telly

Give them a GENTLE! rub over with s shower shrunchie thingy or sponge (I used value 13p washing up ones - the soft side) when you soak them. I found that helped speed the peeleyness a bit.

Soak your feet every night and rough dry them with a towel.
