My capsule wardrobe quest - chelsea boots

For lots of reasons we're facing a couple of years of way less disposable cash that we're used to so while the going is good I am getting sorted for the next two years!

I need pair of chelsea boots that will work with jeans for weekends and work under trousers, black, with a small block heel. Critically they must be able to be re-heeled as I wear one side of my heels heavily. I like the very classically styled ones, but am open to something a little less boring.

For the right boots, I can shell out up to £100, but would be happier if they were £60 or so ... Anyone up for the challenge of helping me?

i had some clarks ones last year i liked

I have the Clarks ones that Fallstar linked to, in a burgundy colour, and had them in tan before. They are really comfy and long lasting. Not the sort of heels that can be reheeled but they don't wear down easily. I think I had my tan ones 3-4 years before I wore them out.

I have the Clarks Chelsea boots linked above - I don't think they're very wide for a wide-fitting boot, if you see what I mean, and I also find them VERY slippery on pavements if it's been raining. Mine took a lot of wearing in, and while they're relatively comfy now, I wouldn't recommend them.

I also have the DM Flora Chelsea boot - they took FOREVER to get broken in, but they are great now and were great in ice/snow last winter. I think they will last for ages too. I know people think on DMs as being mega chunky and not very elegant but these have an almond toe and are much more feminine than the other styles.
