£20 to spend in M and S-what would you buy?

I won a guess the weight of the vegetable competition (yes really!) and the prize was a £20 M and S voucher and the massive vegetable!

I had a wander around today and but nothing caught my eye. Any clothes/shoe gems I might have overlooked? What would you buy? Inspiration definitely needed! I'd top up the voucher with cash for something good.

Grin 70

They are currently munching their way through some giant dandelions and grass from the garden.

Twinklestein · 16/09/2015 22:39

Can't stand their clothes - I'd buy Roger & Gallet shower gel/eau de toilette and profiteroles.

mrslebon · 16/09/2015 22:43

Wait until tomorrow when you can use a 20% off code and you can get even more bang for your buck: SEP15A12

PurpleDaisies · 16/09/2015 22:50

Thanks mrslebon! That really is worth knowing.

Well I've gone from having nothing to spend the voucher on to having a wish list miles long (mainly beauty!). I also have a craving for pain au raisin and Percy pigs. Never tried the fruit crumble sweets-that will be remedied very shortly. Purple gloves would have been perfect this time last year-I got done beautiful purple leather Radley ones for Christmas! Thanks everyone. Smile

Look at the red lentil and butternut squash dhal on the BBC Good Food website lol. It's delicious. You can chop the rest of the squash up and stick it in the freezer.

FelixFelix · 16/09/2015 23:04

The highlighter from M&S is meant to be very good. It's on my wish list!

BrendaandEddie · 17/09/2015 07:34

the nail polish remover - leighton Denny one

or those lush maroon suede heeled boots

cashere sweater or black crew cashemere cardigan - LOVELY

WendyTorrance · 17/09/2015 07:42

Ooh Brenda! Those boots are lovely!

YonicScrewdriver · 17/09/2015 07:51

If you want proper half sleeve t shirts, they have several colours in stock for £8-£10 each

TobleroneBoo · 17/09/2015 07:55

M&S stock Stila Eyeliner and their waterproof one is the best I've ever used

Jemimapuddleduk · 17/09/2015 09:08

Some high waisted limited collection skinnies or the lovely brushed cotton blue and red check shirt in limited collection.
Otherwise food hall! Probably some almond and pistachio cookies, nice flowers, macaroons, dimsum or dine in for £10.

maybemyrtle · 17/09/2015 09:33

I have just bought the Pixi Glow Pads for £19.20 with the SEP15EM 20% discount code. That's under 20 quid and with change for a pain au raisin too :)

almondfinger · 17/09/2015 10:39

stilla golightly eyeshadow is the best and you'll still have some leftover for the food hall. Mind you I'd be throwing in some Magnolia body lotion.
