Improve skin in 2 weeks?!

I have a wedding coming up in 2 weeks and the late nights with a newborn are taking there toll on my skin! This is my second child within 13 months so I'm not feeling very confident and it's a big family wedding so would like to look my best!
What can I do at home (products from boots preferably) to improve my skin by then. It's dehydrated, dull and tired. I have dark circles under my eyes and an uneven skin tone. I know I won't be able to fix all the problems completely but making a small improvement would be fab!

I also have a baby and started a new skincare routine when she was a dot (about 8 weeks old, possibly earlier)

my routine is now:
am-
clarins gentle cream cleanser
clarins gentle alcohol free toner (both samples)
nivea so soft (white tube)

pm-
double cleanse with superdrugc radiance cleanser remove with flannel
clearasil toner pads
aldi lacura serum

I've noticed a huge difference! also, highlighter and under eye concealer will be your friends. but this massively improves the Base!

I've found Nip & Fab salicylic serum has been really good in short period of time at brightening and evening out skintone. Available at Boots too!

Nip and fab glycolic fax pads to exfoliate once a day will lift the dullness.
Hydraluron serum will put the moisture back and bring a bit if life to your skin.

I've made quite a few changes and am now following Caroline Hirrons routine. I amazed at how much better my dull tired skin looks and how quickly I could see the changes.

Taking high dose fish oils really improves my skin. Something with at least 250mg dha and EPA in it.

I also use the superdrug hot cloth cleanser that is almost exactly the same as the posh Liz Earle one (if you compare the ingredients they really are very similar) so you get all rosily exfoliated every day and I think my skin is radically better for it.

I had dreadful skin but watched a Pixiwoo interview with Caroline Hirons on YouTube and followed her advice to go back to basics with a cleanser, toner and moisturiser. It worked WONDERS! My skin type is oily/dehydrated so not sure these would work for you, but these were the products I liked;

Loreal Skin Perfection Cleansing and Perfecting Milk
Loreal Skin Perfection Velvety Soft Toner
Garnier Moisture Match Shine Be Gone

All above were under £5 each and my skin felt the best it ever has! Enjoy the wedding Smile x
