Does an eye cream with an SPF exist?

Is there such a thing? I just thought the other day it seems a bit pointless putting a day eye cream on without an SPF in it, if the skin around there is so sensitive, and while I put and spf cream on the rest of my face!

Liz Earle does one

Really? Just received my first Liz Earle order (after reading good reviews on here) to try the basic face stuff. I really like it so was wondering whether to order the eye cream too? Is it good?

NomDePlume · 25/11/2006 15:21

I'm sure loads of the good, mid range - high end cosmetics/skin care brands do

Tbh I didn't use the eye cream much, it was a freebie. I think it did get stuck in the creases a little bit, other than that it was fine. I didn't lie Liz Earle's stuff in general though I'm afraid But, like NDP says, I would have thought lots of basic high street eye creams would have an spf in them.

The avon eye lift cream is really good (don't think it has SPF tho)

lizearle eye cream is very white. Also made me feel a bit scratchy.

To be honest I think buy an excellent eye cream and never mind about the spf ,just wear good qualty sunglasses when the sun is out. Decleor serum hydroteseur is fab but cant be used all the time its more of a treatment.

Collagen eye patches are fantastic too.

I had a good look today on the High Street and couldn't find one. You're right re sunglasses on a sunny day but we still are exposed to UV rays on cloudy days too, which is why I want a SPF cream.

This Nivea one claims to have a 'UV filter system' - not sure exactly what that means, but might do.

Dermalogica Total Eye Care is SPF 15. It last ages, as do most of their products, and is a nice pinky, peachy colour.
