Tankini

Due to go abroad in a few weeks and in desperate need of swimwear

I'm only a size 8 but 30dd cup and have a wobbly flabby tummy thanks to three dcs

I'm thinking a tankini would be good, would like one with some tummy control and chest support

Don't want to spend the earth as it's only for a couple of weeks definitely under £30

Tbh ive never found a tankini where the top didn't ride up exposing my own wobbly, flabby tummy for all to see!

Last year I found the perfect solution (for me) in a high waisted bikini. Just a normal bikini top with MASSIVE bikini pants that come up to just over my belly button and covers all the flabby, stretch marked bit.
Looks hilarious drying on the balcony but really flattering on and that's coming from someone who has never ever looked good in swimwear. Ever!

It would've been under £30 too, Id never have spent more but remember 'splashing out' by my standards so was probably £20-£25. Ordered online from very I think. It took a lot of googling 'high waisted bikini' before I found the perfect one for me though. Good luck!

I had looked at high waisted but as I'm only short was worried how high they would actually come!

Above your price range but I got my tankini from bravissimo for £65. It's cup sized.

Whilst it won't hold your tummy in as such, it's nice thick material, plus the built in bra will raise your boobs which will make your tummy look slimmer.

I go on holiday next week so I haven't worn it yet, but I'm pleased with it so far.

Just wear a bikini. I've just come back from holiday and everyone wears one regardless of size. From lots of observations I decided that it looks better than covering up.

But it wobbles!

So does mine.

Honestly, there were ladies there who must have weighed twice what I do (I'm a 12-14) and they still rocked a bikini.

if you are self conscious save yourself $$$ and buy a matching normal t shirt vest type thing from Primark for sand castling

Debenhams - you can usually mix and match top and bottom sizes - cheapest one I seen was about £40.00.

A family member of mine wore a beautiful halter neck one piece from Figleaves with a built in support bra. I had serious envy.

I agree, 1950s bikini looks uber chic, with ruched big pants and a halter neck bikini top.

Forever 21 had a nice choice last year if I recall, and ASOS.
