Visible follicles on legs

I got some really good advice on fake tanning here a few weeks ago, so I'm hoping you can help me with my new problem!

I naturally have pale skin, not milky white, but clearly not seen the sun in a few years.

WHenever I shave my legs, no matter what I do, you can see the hair follicles, like little dots, all over my legs.i want to embrace my paleness a bit and not worry about tanning if I want to wear a skirt to work, but they just look terrible. Like I haven't even bothered to shave them.
I do it in the shower, hot water, exfoliate them a bit, put some foam on, let it sit for a minute then use a razor to shave them. I change razors regularly. I then use moisturiser.

What can I do to cover them up? I just want nice even skin, I don't care what colour it is!

Laser helped me but it is expensive and might not be suitable for your skin/hair type.

the sally hansen spray is great for getting the all over same colour look, its like foundation for legs.

I was looking up the exact same thing yesterday and read they're comedones - like blackheads. Same source just suggested to shave less Hmm

Mine aren't comedones. They are more like little dots of redness, although as my skin is very pale and translucent, they are also slightly visible roots of hair, as the hair is darker than my skin.

I had my legs lasered and I still get them Hmm

I have it too and it's where the hair has been removed. It's not a condition that can be treated I don't think, it's just something people with very pale skin and very dark hair seem to have. Fake tan settles on the pinprick holes and it's more visible.

It's not KP. I've had that at the top of my thighs and it's different. Exfoliation and a good moisturiser containing urea sorts that out.

I sometimes use tinted moisturiser just on the front bottom bit of my calves where it is. That does the trick but honestly, I don't think anyone else will notice unless studying your legs.

*tinted moisturiser as in make up meant for your face, not the gradual tan stuff.

Shave down first removing most of the hair .Then up to get it shorter.
It's not a cure but definitely helps.
