With Boden you have three months for refunds / exchange (it used to be longer).

If you buy something a few weeks before the sale is due, using free P&P then when the sale launches, call customer service to arrange an exchange. They will put your new order through with sale prices and free P&P linking it to the order you are returning.

Handy tip if you like their stuff!

I finally got the Lara skirt I've been drooling over for £39.50, a definite bargain even with delivery costs.

Boden do have fantastic customer service. I've often sent back items because they been reduced and reordered with no problems.

I used my £10 birthday voucher on some cute white Birkenstocks in the sale for dd and got them for only £9.60! Very happy

The smallest denomination is 10 pounds. Boden give vouchers out on some customers birthdays. I got one this year.

I don't know, I don't agree with fugly. I only buy the dds clothes from there and they have some gorgeous stuff that always get compliments. Plus it's fantastic quality and holds its value for resale on eBay, what's not to like

Some of it can be ugly, but there is a lot there that isn't. OK if you are looking for high fashion its probably not going to be in Boden, but they have some really pretty dresses, and basic tops/skirts. the shoes are fab as well.

I only ever shop with a discount code though, and haven't brought anything this sale time as nothing that appeals.

I think Boden will reimburse and shipping charges if you call them and ask.
