If you open a case as a fake item you have you provide an authorisation from the manufacturer or Trading standards to say it is fake. Better to open a not as described or just do a return as not suitable. You may have to pay for the return but at least you get your money back.

What appears odd to me is the bag is unlinned. I have an oldish Antony bag purchased as a non standard trial colour from Mulbery at Shepton Mallet. Behind the tag the bag is lined. It doesn't appear to be in the linked photos.

But styles do vary slightly.

You can report the seller. They have contravened eBay's rules:-

I don't think Anthony's are lined?

MisForMumNotMaid · 24/06/2015 16:30

Please scrap my linning coments. Mine was a sample/ non standard bag. I knew that when i got it.

Sorry to fan the flames.

sonata I didn't have to prove it - I suspect if the seller pushes back then you might but most are savvy enough not to cause a fuss.

It's so well worn, do you think the seller just doesn't realise?
