Although my feet are neglected and not exactly pretty, they're not as bad as my hands. My skin is otherwise mostly in good nick and I have always had comments on how soft and smooth my complexion is. My hands, however, are another story. They look like they belong to someone twice my age. They are dry, rough, wrinkly and just downright ugly. I once showed them to an alternative practioner who looks at patients hands and prescribes ointments for various illness (long story for another thread) and the first thing he did when he saw my hands is do a double take and say "your face and hands don't match up". He was amazed at how old my hands looked.
Anyway, after Footnering my feet and with a pack left over, I decided to Footner my hands. I left them on for an hour and a half and have refrained from moisturising my hands for 2 days. Which is actually very hard for me to do.
I know from experience that when Footnering your feet, they go dry before they begin to peel but my hands look shocking at the moment. They've gone so dry and wrinkly and scaly I feel that I've wrecked them.
Yes, yes, I know I probably shouldn't have and I can only blame myself blah blah blah but if anyone can bear to offer some hand-holding (at the risk of having their own sanded by the roughness of mine) please post.
