Any La Roche Possay Users about?

For the last year and a half (since having DD) I have had hormonal spots around my chin / jawline. Have tried a clarisonic with no noticeable improvement.

From reading a few threads on here I think La Roche Possay may be the answer.

So I am currently abroad and there is a shop here with a huge display of la Roche products.

I'm thinking I need the duo and the efflacler, can anyone advise?

Thanks in advance.

A warning about foaming face washes, I used the Effaclar foaming face wash for several months for stubborn jawline acne and saw great results, but eventually it was too astringent and I got perioral eczema that was really painful and took months to heal (SLS is a potential trigger). I can still use Effaclar K and AI and think they are great products (as effective as the face wash), but more is definitely less - take it slow! AI is brilliant overnight and on spot-prone areas under sunscreen and makeup. I haven't tried Sudocreme, but zinc nappy cream was super-soothing when my face was raw!

Update on Target Breakout Corrector ( Effaclar A.I.)

Huge improvement in my DS face. He's 15yo, skin is fairly reactive (if he uses some types of shampoo, his face reacts just from the residue rinsing over his face)

His redness at the sides of his nose has calmed down considerably. He had a couple of really angry spots that Tea Tree wasn't helping.

Very pleased with this product Smile

70 I'm so glad! AI has been my makeup bag staple for a few years.
