Moisturiser recommendation

I'm looking for a moisturiser to replace my previous one (Eucerin Aquaporin Riche). I am currently using retinoids (Differin) every other night to treat my adult acne and I find my skin is very dry/flakey even though I use the retinoids on alternate nights. I want to find a moisturiser to use in rotation with the retinoids (i.e. over night rather than as a day cream). Has anyone got any suggestions? I started using one moisturiser that I loved (before I started with the retinoids) but it has lactic acid in it and I think the combination of the retinoids and the AHAs was too strong for my skin as it started to peel and developed red patches.

So, in short I need a moisturiser that is i) non-comedogenic ii) very moisturising iii) suitable for skin that is sensitive/fragile because of the retinoids (so not too heavily scented etc.)...

Any thoughts appreciated!

Iirc you love Eucerin so Eucerin 5% urea would be perfect for flaky skin. Not sure how well it combines with retinoids but my skin is very finicky and sensitive (rosacea/acne/perioral, everything in remission atm) and I find this amazingly soothing when my skin is very dry and flaking away. Another skin cream type that is fantastic for broken/red/irritated skin is zinc/panthenol creams is LRP Cicaplast Baume B5. I also love plain nappy cream (Fissan). Very soothing, my skin seems to heal overnight. I get acne from everything but these seem acne-neutral on me.

Thanks FrugalFashionista I actually already have a tube of the 5% cream - I love it and have used it in the past to great success... My only concern is - looking at the ingredients it also has lactic acid in it (admittedly a lot less than the one I was using that has caused my skin to react) so I'm worried that it might not work in conjunction with the retinoids? I might give it a try and see how I get on... Thanks anyway for the response - reminds me I should give this 5% a try!
