Mine is vest tops. I have so many (30? maybe more), and it's never enough! They are a wardrobe staple for me.

And cardigans. Lots and lots of cardigans.

What's yours?

Navy & white striped tops; tee shirts, jumpers, vests, sweatshirts.

Hair bobbles. I need to buy a new pack every month as they appear to vanish into thin air. Where do they all go? It's the same with bobby pins and clasps. Tell me it's not just me that loses hundreds of these things a year.

I also have a huge collection of pyjama bottoms and polo neck tops (in grey and black - both long and short sleeved).
I love changing into pyjamas when I get home so I do need a lot of them and the polo necks cover my back and shoulders that have been plagued with acne for the past 8 years.

Another thing I have enough of but still keep buying is bloody carrier bags. I'm loathed to chuck them out as they cost 10p / 5p each but I have a whole cupboard full of them. One day I will count them all to see how much I've spent but I would guess it must be around £15.

hugoagogo · 16/04/2015 07:53

Socks- I love them they always fit!

I've been buying cat boots and converse for nearly 30 years, I go in and out of fashion Grin

Blistex cherry and berry

SnotQueen · 16/04/2015 08:02

Pumpkin yes, I'm always losing hair accoutrements - I have one bobble round my wrist but I bought a whole pack a few weeks ago - what's going on?!

I'm also always buying clothes that don't fit as 'motivation'to put down the pies.

prepperpig · 16/04/2015 08:06

knee high black boots with a heel (autumn winter staple). Best bought out of season in the sale!

flanjabelle · 16/04/2015 08:07

I'm the same with vest tops. I'm looking for the ultimate figure hugging but not too clingy, doesn't go baggy after an hour of wearing it vest top. I'm still looking.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 16/04/2015 08:14

Nail varnish and lipsticks, have decluttered about 35 of each recently.
White tee shirts, never seem to find the perfect one
Sandals, I have awkward feet, so I tend to buy any I find that look ok and fit, even though I have loads already.

bblondemoment · 16/04/2015 08:26

Jackets - on my days off I'll plan my outfit around what jacket I want to wear that day
Nail polish - drawers full of them even though for 5 days a week I can't wear any of it in work - have actually thought about a career change to one were I'd be able to wear nail polish daily x

PingPongBat · 16/04/2015 09:23

Cardigans. I appear to have about 10+ blue ones & keep seeing other ones I like but have managed to resist buying any more so far this year.

Sandals too - every year I try and find a pair of stylish, comfortable size 9s for my wide feet, and every year I completely fail and end up with a couple of pairs that aren't quite right. I wear them and hate them and put them in a box on top of the wardrobe in September, ready to try again the following year.

emsyj · 16/04/2015 09:24

Stripey tops and navy here too. I've never seen a stripey top that I haven't wanted to buy.

dexter73 · 16/04/2015 09:25

Stripy tops too!

OopTheShard · 16/04/2015 09:30

White Converse.

Levi's curve jeans (have them in skinny and slim fit in various shades).

Next long vests.

Navy tops - I have gazillions as navy suits me very well and goes with everything in my wardrobe.

Kettelewell colours v neck ruched tops in various shades for work. Its a bit of a frumpy shop, but these particular tops work for me and they do them in my colours.

Also:

I rarely go a month without buying a few scarves.
I am like a magpie with any nice silver bracelets or bangles.
I stockpile nice body lotions (see 'ashamed of my beauty hoard' thread Grin)

MarniRose · 16/04/2015 09:34

Vest tops - and always from Sweaty Betty or Hush because they're the ultimate in fit, length and stretch

Pyjama bottoms - always Joules or Hush. Must have 15 pairs or so

Make up. Lots of it . Perfume . Ditto

legohurtswhenyoustandonit · 16/04/2015 09:36
