don't be scared of topshop. i am 37, 6 months pregnant and can purchase there without embarrassment. just stick to the jumper section.

Tutter · 03/11/2006 11:27

this long enough?

lol

actually i have one like this. even though it's manmade fibres i wear it over a long sleeved t-shirt so it's fine.

also this? but i'd remove the belt

Top Shop jumpers

I've got the basic v neck near the bottom.

Not sure I like the sound of the 'twisted neck' one!

TheDaVinciCod · 03/11/2006 11:29

pruni I have a long body and have just bought two sweaters from M and S (not per una just normal m and s) they are plain but very nice. ONe is lambswool, crew neck, marled brown and one is some fake cashmere so not natural but I have to say very soft and not cheap looking in a lovely hyacinth colour

My all time favourite jumpers are Uniqlo cashmere ones, but of course there isn't one in Edinburgh . Luckily I am going to London this weekend . I would be inclined to at least have a look in some of the discount cashmere shops Pruni- not a particularly tempting thought, I realise, but they might have something, and if you're going to Plaisir du Chocolat anyway you'll be in the right region....

MrsBadger · 03/11/2006 12:40

am aware am too late but echo M&S ones - have just bought this one in chocolate (am 5'8") and is long enough even with my (ahem) Ultra Low Rise Gap cords.

I like polo necks as am small of nork and lengthy of neck, also if I wear a v-neck whatever I wear underneath (which rarely matches) ends up showing.

nailpolish · 03/11/2006 12:42

is it ndp?

what a rotten name
