Is SuperDrug hot cloth cleanser good for sensitive combination skin?

I need a good cleanser for not much money (so broke at the moment!) and have read lots of great things about this on here. Also, can anyone recommend a toner (oh and explain what toner does!) and while we are at it... A reasonably priced moisturiser too. One that feeds the skin not just goes on either greasy or disappears to nowhere!! Grin
Thank you Grin

I have sensitive skin and cetaphil was the worst thing Ive ever put on it - But my mum looks years younger using it, guess its a trial and error thing!

Op for what its worth I thought id try la roche posay after reading about it on here, Got some birthday money so off I went to boots and got the effaclair (prob not spelt right) gel cleansing wash, sensitive/combo to oily skin.

I think Ive fallen in love - seriously. My face looks more awake, bright and feels cleaner?? It was £11 and im going back tomorrow for a moisturiser too Smile

Mums. I bought the la Roche posse miscellar solution which I didn't find great. But didn't ever try the effeclar lot (spelling also I'm not sure about!) I would say my skin is more dry/combination (if that's possible!?). I always thought of my skin as dry and sensitive. But I do get oily T zone more so nowadays and my skin differs lots depending of time of the month too, in oiliness.

I'm not sure the cleanser is working for me. I'm noticing pinky blotches on my face more. They aren't sensitive or stingy but just pinky looking!!! I have pinky undertones (my friend says its the English Rose look Wink) but it seems much more prominent. I also now have 3 big spots along my jaw line....Shock

You can buy it in boots or lloyds pharmacys. It's usually with the e45 creams and aqueous creams rather than the main skincare section x

stars i've not found a miscellar solution of any brand to be good so dont give up on it.

If you try cetaphil and it works, then great, but if not i really recommend going on foreverunique or strawberrynet and searching for the la roche posay brand and going through all the various types - I wish id done that before Ii went to boots as i must have been there a good hour trying to work out 1 from the other. Well, I had to stop using the SuperDrug cleanser Hmm and moisturiser - it was bringing me out in spots in my chin, jaw line and my cheeks!! But I've just bought the Body shop chamomile cleansing oil - it's gorgeous!! So gentle but feels lovely. I then got the Aloe Vera toner (as it was 3 for 2!) and she recommended the Vitamin E moisturiser for hydration. I went for the Vitamin E Aqua boost sorbet rather than cream as its meant to be less shiny! I have to say I'm really pleased! My skin looks much less dull and more glowy than normal. It's only day 2, but I'm hoping to stick with it!
Thanks Fcuk for the tip Smile
