Noeuf, it will improve the texture of your skin and the general appearance of fine lines. It won't magic wrinkles away but if you use it in conjunction with a hydrating serum (the morning after and on nights you don't use liquid gold) you should see as much improvement as is possible with topical products.
If they are genuine wrinkles and not fine lines to do with dehydration, retinoids might be the way to go. Look for good quality Retinol/vitamin A serums/treatments. Of course, all this stuff can only improve their appearance, the only way to get rid of wrinkles once you've got them is Botox/fillers/facelift.
Whatever you do, if you are using any acid treatments like liquid gold and also if you use retinoids, make sure you use a good quality SPF too (UVA & UVB) as you are exposing new skin which is more vulnerable to sun damage.
