What do you wear in the summer if you have bluey white skin and freckles?

Fake tan looks ridiculous on me, as they are all too dark. I can't wear shorts, dresses or skirts, so spend the summer wearing crop trousers and Breton tops. are there any other styles I could try where I wouldn't blind passers by with too much skin?

Sally Hansen airbrush legs is good for pale legs, but I'm another one who can't be bothered with all the sun cream so normally stay under wraps all summer long. Helps that I feel the cold. Definitely recommend getting colours done, us pale ones need all the help we can get.

Longer skirts are good.

I think wearing the right colours helps too. White is a terrible colour as is beige...

You are right of course, but I don't think I have ever heard anyone remark positively on anyone's "bluey white skin". I have always been slightly ashamed of looking different to everyone else so have covered up my deathly pallor and concentrated on my sparkling personality!

Not sure about the brights onlylovers but will see what I can do.

Oh go on, Sarf, you might be pleasantly surprised! Deep greens are good for me but it depends on your colouring, obviously. But my general philosophy is a) it's warm, I'm getting my legs out; you can look away if they blind you and b) if I wear bright colours people will look at them not at my zombie skin.
