REM skin care

Does anyone use this? I'm working my way through some samples SIL gave me and I really like it.
However I don't use a moisturiser (I know, I know!) but want to buy a full size one to add to my daily routine. It's about £20 but don't know if it's worth it as I don't have anything to compare it to.
My skin seems to like it, my flaky patches have gone.
But £20 seems like a lot of money to spend on a moisturiser especially as I haven't tried anything else!

Should I do it? Or am I missing out on something awesome I should spend my money on?
Fwiw my skin is dry on forehead and cheeks but oily on nose and chin. I'm prone to small breakouts on my chin, usually when I'm run down.

Title fail REN skin care it's meant to say...

I haven't used it myself, however, several beauty bloggers rave about their ant ageing omega oil.

TheFallenMadonna · 04/04/2015 16:44

I use a REN serum and have used a night cream I liked very much (now using something else that was a gift, but might well go back when I have finished this one). However, yes, there are lots of good cheaper creams out there!

I love it. Use the rose face oil. Night creme and day creme. I have always had crap skin but this makes it feel lovely.

A friend of mine bought me a pack of small ones and I loved it. I usually use nothing but cleansing wipes on my skin - no moisturiser, nothing. I am slowly coming round to the idea that I need to grow up a bit and start looking after my skin, so I think I'd better buy some!

pinkfrocks · 04/04/2015 17:09

I've used quite a bit of REN stuff over the years. It's ok - it's a bit of a cult though and I think it's overpriced for what it is, on the whole.
The Omega serum oil stuff is ok but it has a very odd smell and also makes your bedding a mess if you use as night cream- it's very oily.
The marketing behind it says it's all natural etc but the website Paula's Choice says some of it is not nearly as natural or 'kind' as you'd think.

M and s currently have 20% off skincare at the moment including Ren so worth checking if they have the products you like

Thanks for the opinions.
I'm not looking for a night cream (do I need to? I'm only 27!) just a moisturiser to use before putting make up on.
Thanks for the m&s tip, I think I've got £20 in vouchers left over from Christmas.

I use it religiously, but I am in my 40s and have dry skin with eczema, and find it really hard to find products to suit me. I think its a good product OP, but at 27 you might get away with something a bit cheaper.

Chopsypie · 06/04/2015 10:30

Suburban that was my original thought but I don't know where to start looking for one. It seems silly to buy 3 or 4 at £5 each to see which I like best when I know I like this one...although would work out cheaper in the long run
