OCM experts. Which oils?

I posted a while back about not having time for OCM and a few people suggested micellar water. Well I tried it and my face is now coveted in huge spots and hurts all over. So I'm back to OCM. My usual oil that works is castor and sweet almond with a bit of tea tree but my skin is now so sensitive I think I need to add something to help it heal. I was thinking rose or camomile but wondered if you had any suggestions? Either in the oil or to apply after. Alternatively I don't mind a serum of it's better? And lastly I was thinking about trying jojoba oil. Would you swap sweet almond for jojoba or mix the 2? Thank you for any tips.

Try swapping the sweet almond oil for jojoba oil and not using the tea tree for a while (until your sensitivity has passed).
Apparently jojoba oil is very close in composition to the skin's own oil, which is why it is very good to use for OCM.
