Face exercises will tone the muscles and then lift the face. Same muscles they cut and pull tighter in a face lift. Needs dedication though and most people don't do it for long enough.

You could go for a very tight topknot. Grin

Failing eyesight is sometimes a blessing though.

Oh God I feel your pain. I'd happily put up with more wrinkles if it meant I could have a tight jawline again.

Some people rate the exercises - I haven't tried for long enough to be able to comment. (I'm vain but I'm also bone idle). I do watch what I wear: no more earrings, no high necklines, no chin length hair, no scarves unless I'm actually cold, basically nothing that draws the eye to your jawline; not miraculous but it makes a difference. I'm afraid I don't know of any other treatment that doesn't involve a scalpel hovering around your jugular.

What about those radiofrequency facial thingys such as Viora Reaction, or CACI facial, much loved by slebs or Thermage.

Expensive and I don't know much about them. I hae me doots but maybe they do work. If you've loadsamoney perhaps they're worth a go.

Thanks will have a look for some and give them a go - definitely got time for those on the school runs!

Thanks for all the feedback - will check out some of those treatments online to see if any good results. Don't have loads of money but quite desperate so ...
