I really like these Blush mainly the navy floral or patchwork! but would you think they would look ok with leggings and tunics I don't wear jeans/trousers ever (don't own any). Just tights/dresses leggings/tunics

No idea why the exclamation mark is there

I don't think so, although I suppose it does depend on the tunic. anything heavily patterned will look odd, so plain simple more sporty type tunics maybe? Plain jumper type ones? www.gap.co.uk/browse/product.do?cid=1026798&vid=1&pid=000516146001 with leggings in the cooler months and bare legs and trainers in the warmer months

or this? www.cathkidston.com/dresses/vintage-wash-denim-dress-1015241

I think it would be too much with anything patterned like this www.cathkidston.com/dresses/paradise-fields-jersey-skater-dress-1015252 or www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/women/clothing/dresses-and-tunics/floral_cotton_tidal_tunic_top_mini_clover_fin.htm

the more I think about it with the plainer denim dress or t-shirt dress it could look lovely.

DigApony · 24/02/2015 10:54

Thanks help, which do you prefer?

these are my favourites www.cathkidston.com/shoes--and--wellies/gola-x-cath-kidston-paradise-fields-trainers-1014395 the darker floral ones. I'd been trying to think if I could get away with them as well Blush My usual style of dresses and tunics is far too flowery though, maybe an excuse to buy plain ones now.

DigApony · 24/02/2015 11:13

Those are my favourites I've been eyeing them up for weeks and justifying why I need them so much. I mean they just aren't my usual type of footwear and I'm imagining me being some cool thing who will set a trend of thick tights, flowery dresses and these trainers Grin. They are just so pretty and I need them now. I bought a plain navy mantaray tunic and can imagine these going great with that and leggings...but not much else I own is plain.

I don't generally like kath kids on so I wasn't expecting to like them but actually they're lovely. Maybe it's time to consider jeans.

DigApony · 24/02/2015 12:56

I'm thinking the same burnished Smile. I don't own any cath kidston myself just buy the childrens clothes (especially in the sale) plus I find they wear really well. But those shoes are calling me, which would you go for?

HelpMeGetOutOfHere · 24/02/2015 13:09

how about jeggings instead of jeans with looser tops/sweatshirts?

I'm not sure what your style is so you might be the kind that can pull off clashing patterns and look cool. I would just look like I'd run through a charity shop or a mad bag/cat lady. Blush

seasalt, zara and topshop have some lovely denim type tunics.

HelpMeGetOutOfHere · 24/02/2015 13:12

if you could wear something like this, would look good with the trainers, the layered tops, slim fit jeans and the trainers. www.hm.com/gb/product/87880?article=87880-C

DigApony · 24/02/2015 13:22

I'm afraid I probably am a mad cat lady. My style is dresses with thick coloured tights, or bum covering tunics with thick leggings. Teamed with dm floral red velvet boots, emu/ugg boots, oxygen boots and thick chunky cardigans.

DigApony · 24/02/2015 13:23

I'm 30 by the way and 5ft 2 10 on top (shop depending) and 12 on bottom.

OP posts:
HelpMeGetOutOfHere · 24/02/2015 13:27

your style sounds lovely and you could definitely get away with the clashing patterns/quirky look. Grin

DigApony · 24/02/2015 13:33

Help, you just want me to go out looking like a fool haha Wink

HelpMeGetOutOfHere · 24/02/2015 16:07

Grin damn I've been busted!!! No I have a picture of you in my head and I'm envious that you can pull it off.

Annarose2014 · 24/02/2015 16:15

Dammit I shouldn't have clicked! They look exactly like a pair I had at about 24 and now I'm all nostalgic and tempted!

DigApony · 24/02/2015 16:43

Oh Anna they are lovely, which do you like? I'm so torn between navy floral and patchwork, I never treat myself and usually smell of soup Grin. grasping at any reason to get these

OP posts:
Cocolepew · 24/02/2015 16:47

Oh god they are lovely!

Annarose2014 · 24/02/2015 17:13

Nooooo, not the patchwork. A wee bit Floella Benjamin, if I'm honest.

DigApony · 24/02/2015 17:20

Got to admire your honesty Anna Wink.

AppleSnapple · 24/02/2015 21:54

Ooh look at those navy floral ones! Gorgeous! Clicked thinking they'd be twee and naff and polka dotty but now I want, nay NEED some, damn you!!

burnishedsilver · 24/02/2015 22:36

Navy floral.

DigApony · 25/02/2015 08:41

I've done it I ordered the navy floral, I'm so excited. I very rarely buy myself shoes plus I live in a very small town think the hills have eyes so its doubtful anyone else will be wearing them Grin

OP posts:
Moodykat · 25/02/2015 11:15

Oh my God. I LOVE them. Have just bought a pair of Adidas as my Converse replacement and now am thinking I got it all wrong.

Could I ask for them for Mothers Day do you think?!

stripytees · 25/02/2015 11:20

I wanted the cloud print ones but after reading this I want navy floral as well.

Have just ordered Ash Virgos though so not sure how many new pairs of shoes I can justify buying!

DigApony · 25/02/2015 11:38

Moodykat you definitely deserve them for Mother's Day it would be wrong otherwise Grin I think I'm going to ask dh for the patchwork for Mother's Day.
