I've used a shower puff for years but they keep coming undone, is there something better? What do you use?

Shower puffs from Poundland.

frankietwospots · 16/02/2015 11:22

I use a baby Ramer sponge.

missmartha · 16/02/2015 11:33

I use a soft back brush.

Deux · 16/02/2015 11:40

Those exfoliating glove things.

dexter73 · 16/02/2015 11:41

I use my hand.

rosiepinkcheeks · 16/02/2015 11:48

I use Soap and Glory exfoliating gloves.

TheHappinessTrap · 16/02/2015 12:52

I don't scrub any part of my skin, just use my hands and cleanser and then towel off and moisturiser.

hands - they're free and haven't fallen apart yet Grin

CaptainCunt · 16/02/2015 13:10

Agh, I wish everyone used the same thing then I wouldnt have to think about it! Maybe a sponge then. I have mild eczema so don't want to exfoliate too hard. (It's not bad enough to not want to use shower gel.)

rightsaidthread that's an absolute bargain, they're £2 in Boots, you'd think Boots would be able to pay tax the amount they're making. Maybe I should recycle net bags from oranges :) I'd just rather something that lasts a bit longer. Can't use hands, all the shower gel runs off before I'm halfway through.

Soap & Glory shower puff. Pricey but they last for ages and they're huge. DH uses his hands.

Notso · 16/02/2015 13:34

At the moment Lynx man washer. Very sturdy, I bought it for DH because he just uses his hands (then wonders why he has little rolls of dead skin when he gets dry, boak). Before then a Bodyshop shower puff or a face cloth.
I don't feel clean just using my hands.

Only1scoop · 16/02/2015 13:35

Hands here also

Muji exfoliating flannels. They are long so really easy to wash your back. They also dry very quickly. Have used them for years and couldn't imagine using anything else.

I use a shower puff.

I tend to buy a multipack of them from somewhere cheap and cheerful but once I realised that I hadn't packed from for holiday so bought one from Boots at the airport. Not only was it expensive compared to everywhere else, it also fell to bits and came unravelled every time I used it!

Stick to the cheap ones!

storytopper · 16/02/2015 14:19

Would second Ramer sponges. Nice and soft and make your shower gel go further.

I use exfoliating gloves. Cheap white ones from Boots are fine but I adore my Soap & Glory ones. They really are great.

squoosh · 16/02/2015 15:07

I love the lather you get with a shower puff.
