Compact foundation recommendations

For years and years I've been using Clinique superpowder, which is just about used up and I think I need more coverage.

I loathe and detest liquid foundation and just don't have time in the mornings with all the blending palava so I've been looking at compact foundations. Clinique do something called Almost Powder, which is a compact foundation but just wondered if anyone has any other suggestions?

I really recommend the Tesco range BD Trade Secrets (the new name for the recently reformulated Barbara Daly range). The One Step Face Base - Powder Foundation is excellent. I use shade Shell 1, but I am very fair . Otherwise, I also use the Clinique powder base Almost Powder make up in 01 (Fair) but this has greater coverage and I prefer the BD one.

Another recommendation for the Tesco range. It was off the shelves for ages while they were rebranding it and I tried several alternatives but none of them were as good.

I never even thought of trying a supermarket brand. I'm going there in the morning so I'll have a look.

Max Factor Facefinity. It's lovely.

I like the Tesco one and also recommend the max factor one.

I asked this question last week and got a couple of recommendations. In the end I went for the No 7 Stay Perfect compact foundation and so far I love it!

Laura Geller Balance and Brighten may be worth a try. Its a baked cream foundation in a compact and comes with a retractable brush. You dont need to buff it in. It takes seconds. You can buy it from QVC. I have used in in the past and its fool proof and great on the go but there are not a lot of colour choices in the range.
