Where to get clothes - particularly t shirts - that won't cling

Hello

I am miserable at the moment, I feel overweight and out of control. My clothes are starting to cling and the shops seem to be full of really thin, fluid material.

I need to lose weight, but I need to look half way decent while I do so I would be grateful for any tips and advice.

Buy a top with a bit of structure; maybe a shirt or a shell top. Less likely to cling to lumps and bumps than a jersey top.

I know Armpitt my ex used to say he liked being uncomfortable in too-small clothes as it was an incentive to lose. But I feel so scruffy, and every day I wake up and just despair at the clothes I have. I need something to tide me over.

Structured would be better. I've been wearing river island oversized t shirts, they're quite a thick cotton, but I looked on the site tonight and they are all big logos and a bit much for work.

Another option for this time of year is to layer the slinkier fabric tops over longline vest tops. It helps to combat the unflattering clinginess and adds interest/a colour pop. I wear them under 3/4 sleeve, scoop neck tops with jeans or tube skirts. I buy mine from H&M or Matalan.
