Do I look frumpy in this dress? (with photos! )

Trying to find a nice patterned dress for office-based work. This dress (Boden via eBay) looked lovely in the catalogue picture, but worried the neckline isn't flattering, makes my boobs look odd, fit makes me look fatter than I am (8-10 on top and 10-11 on bum/hips), DH thinks the pattern is aging / dowdy (I'm 35).

Honest views required please!

Spotty - I am now embarrassed that your DH will be watching what I am wearing!! (Others - Spotty's DH works in the same place as me and Spotty). And I am grateful for the lack of info on my, er, assets....

MsCoconut - ooh, that's a nice dress. I see LongTallSally is for 5'8" and taller - I am only 5'8" so a bit concerned I am on the shorter side for them...?
