I have osteoarthritis in my hands and wrists and really struggle with the cold weather.
I currently have a pair of fleece lined leather gloves that are better than just fleece but the joints are still getting cold and painful.
I need to invest in a fab pair of mega warm gloves.
Any ideas?

I have several pairs of gloves so layer up. My issue is I have young kids so am constantly hand washing or have to take off a layer to help the kids when outdoors, and can't answer an iphone when outdoors with all the gloves on! The silk ones are great but I need something waterproof as well. Was wondering about seal skins.

I am leaning toward a pair of these with my silk liners. Berghaus touchscren.

Naturalbaby - I have a couple of pairs of Sealskinz, and you can't beat them for waterproofness. You can plunge your hand into a bucket of water wearing them and not get at all wet. The warmth depends on the exact glove as they have lots of different ones.

I don't have problems as sever as others on this thread but I'm a big believer in layering up my gloves. I tend to wear a cashmere glove/mitten wrist warmer thing that covers my fingers not not all the way to the tips and then regular gloves over the top. Probably not quite right for you, but the layering process could be helpful.
