Can you recommend me an eye makeup remover?

I'd like something that really does remove all my heavy eyeliner and mascara without being horribly oily. I have been using a sample of Clinique's and it's nice in that it isn't an oil slick, but if there's one that removes makeup even more efficiently, I'd like to hear about it. As it is, I can use micellar water, the remover, more micellar water, wash my face with Take Off The Day Balm, and then double-cleans with a non-foaming liquid cleanser and STILL have traces of eye makeup.

Oh, and it has to be something sold in Boots!

I'd be grateful for any suggestions. :)

Body Shop Camomile for me. Have tried millions of others over the years and always come back to this. I stockpile it as well, would dread running out!

I've used the Olay one for years. Works a treat - is cheap and available at Boots (and Sainsburys)
