Avon do a brilliant spray that sets nails, but do you mean now this second??

CatsClaus · 05/12/2014 19:58

cold water....fill sink, swish hands in it....sure i read somewhere that works.

but i have no idea how you go about drying your hands if it doesn't work

CarbeDiem · 05/12/2014 19:59

I've read the freezing water thing too. I mean to try but forget every time.

greengagemutantgingermyrtle · 05/12/2014 20:01

For future reference; Seche Vite. Right now cold water may work?

hollyisalovelyname · 05/12/2014 20:06

This second. Yes !
Thank you.

I put my hands in cold water every time I paint my nails. It does work.

CointreauVersial · 05/12/2014 23:36

Seche Vite.

Or flap your hands around like a fairy.

ForSaleChesterDraws · 05/12/2014 23:40

Sally Hansen insta dry drops of freackin awesome.

Oil.
Any kind of oil really but cuticle oil would be the oil of choice. Water comes a close second.

EddieVeddersfoxymop · 06/12/2014 00:27

Seche vite!!

hollyisalovelyname · 06/12/2014 08:36

Thank you

I hate sèche vie, it goes gloopy too quickly. Big fan of OPI drip dry.

CointreauVersial · 06/12/2014 12:05

Hopefully, I bought a bottle of Seche Restore, which thinned my Seche Vite (and any gloopy bottles of nail varnish) beautifully.

I guess it's a good thing it dries out so fast....

Hopefully · 06/12/2014 12:15

Something that restores gloopy nail varnish sounds like A Good Thing. Must investigate!

Cold water after every coat, then flapping until they're dry... then a setting spray at the end.

If every layer is dry before applying the next you won't have "dry" polish that gets dented or smudged.
