Getting married, want a simple yet sexy dress....

I am 42 and hourglass/curvy 12 to 14, I am having a simple registry office family only do, then a seperate party next day.
I'm thinking a simple yet fitted dress like Christina Hendricks or nigella style, knee length pencil or nipped in waist and full skirt, not low cut, and elbow length sleeves (it will be October)..any suggestions for designer/website? Smile

Bum, sorry. That was for another thread!

I'll try again. Westwood! www.net-a-porter.com/Shop/Designers/Vivienne_Westwood_Anglomania?pScroll=224

She does lovely flattering frocks.

Lol at not being able to find a price, I looked at a wedding boutique like that and figured if you had to ask it was too expensive!

vangough the honeypieboutique.co.UK is amazing isn't it? I have been in contact with them and their team are great, so helpful reply to emails promptly and willing to alter a design for me etc, I basically sent them a pic of a top half of a dress I like and they will do it for me :)

I'm sure I've seen that Westwood one on don't tell the bride...the one where they got married in the car park?

That green one you've found is lovely, had another look,
Evening dresses from the same site as before - some pencil shapes
Wiggle dresses from same site as before - could have one made in ivory or champagne silk?
Bombshell dresses 1, 2, 3? Or there bridal section but prices seem to have shot up a bit there! This is lovely though and a bit Westwood?

There are some fantastic dresses to ponder over here, thanks everyone.
