What can I do within 10 days to improve my body?

I have a very hot date coming up and have bought some nice lingerie. Is there anything I can do in the next 10 days to look better. I don't particularly want to lose weight but need to lose my bloated belly, improve my skin, reduce cellulite etc. Any miracle workers out there?

Start running. Do the first ten days of C25K. You don't have to go far or fast - just 20 minutes per day is enough.

You don't even need to run much at first - you alternate with walking. If you do every other day, you can get five sessions in within ten days.

Just 15 minutes of sit ups a day, making sure you work your core, not just your upper abs, will make a difference to your posture and the way you feel in no time.

I read something that said "if you are naked, and I am naked, I'm too busy wondering where I should put my mouth first to think about anything as irrelevant as cellulite"

OP once you're naked all he'll be thinking is "omg a naked woman!" But if you need extra confidence the Perricone skin diet is a good one. Only 3 days long and improves skin, gives a glow and reduces water retention.

Otherwise, just smile, stand tall and proud. Have fun! Wink

if your cure for cellulite worked, twinkle no-one would have it.

How many people actually stick to that type of diet? It worked for me.

Grin It's not a 'diet' as such more a three day healthy eating plan. He's a nutritionist, has a skincare range too.

I did the skin clear one, it worked. There's also an anti wrinkle one and I think a more traditional 'diet' or healthy eating one for de-bloating etc.

I'll try to find a link for the one I did...

How exciting!

Cellulite is nothing whatsoever to be worried about. Its completely normal as others have said. However, things that will make you feel healthier and better about yourself:
Drink lots of water, 2-3 litres a day. No alcohol or caffeine if you can manage it
Lots of veg
Easy on the carbs
Easy on the sugar
Get enough sleep
Exercise everyday - a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes
Body scrub and body lotion after showers/baths

Enjoy yourself!

Apple Can't find a link. Don't know if he's calling it something else now (anti inflammatory diet?), or taken it down so his clear skin book sells more but I did find it on a blog. Ignore the bits in red and the water intake is in oz, just drink heaps of water...

Basically it's no sugar, loads of salmon, greens, nuts and eggs. Supposed to be anti-inflammatory. Like I say, it definitely worked for me. I haven't tried any of the other food plans but they're on his site.

Did you lose any weight Coumarin?
I know it's not supposed to be a weight loss diet but it's fairly low carb.

It was only three days so no I didn't. I didn't have any to lose though if that makes any difference? Also I didn't measure portion size or anything. Only did it to help the cystic acne I had and it definitely worked for that. Since discovered that it's sugar that triggers it in me.

There's a longer 28 day plan on there that might be a weight loss one.

Might be worth a try? It's only three days long and the worst thing that'll happen is it won't have any affect.

body brushing every day before your shower / bath

slap on loads of coconut oil, i swear by it (face and body in the day, hair overnight then wash out)

30 day shred every day or similar
