Best skinny jeans, not mega £??

My Gap ones are looking somewhat tired - what other high street jeans are good these days? Oasis? Next? They need to be fairly robust as I'm just on the cusp of being able to carry them off ok lots of you would probably think I couldn't but never mind so they need to do a bit of 'holding in'!

Currently love Dorothy Perkins Bailey super skinnys. Decent bit of stretch in them and really comfy.

Forever 21 skinny are good but their sizing is bit all over the place

Dare I say it... Boden! I got a pair in the sale, less than £20 iirc, good quality and fit.

Uniqlo are the best jeans I've tried in years. The denim is such great quality and they just flatter my (very hip heavy) figure.

I daren't ever go in New Look in case I appear to be a fraud! But say I plucked up the courage and went in, how is the sizing. Is it quite true or would you say sizes up a bit small?

It's a bit variable. Take your usual size plus the ones either side. My jeans from there are an 8. I'm usually a 10, though 8 in M&S, and about a 14(!) in river Island.

I bought a New Look pair after a recommendation on here.
They're black and have stayed black for more than three washes. Great buy and will buy again.

Bought new look high waisted skinnies yesterday and love them. I'm 5'9" and size 16. I'm going back for another pair.

I had the next high waisted lift and trim or whatever they're called - £45 and they go so baggy by the end of the day I can pull them off without undoing them!

I adore the oasis jade ones.

I thought £40 was a lot but I'm planning to buy a second pair!

I have tried all the jeans. From £300 Goldsigns down but my favourite by far are a brand called Rich and Skinny which I buy from TK Maxx here. Have just ordered another pair while linking!
