Despite lots of effort I still look tired! Any tips?

I am pretty tired a lot of the time (as we all are!) and it really shows on my face despite my best efforts.
I wear tinted moisturiser, clinique concealer & cream blusher and mascara all of which I think looks nice when first applied. By lunchtime though it seems to have worn off and I look tired and pasty.

It's especially annoying when I look at photos and the dark circles under my eyes are really noticeable but when I look in mirror they seem ok.

I'm 39 with 2 lively dc's, a job & a health condition so know I'm not going to look fresh as a daisy but I would like to look a bit less worn out!

Any tips please?

I think so. It doesn't have purple or brown undertones and isn't too 'pink' - it's just a lovely warming neutral.

The only thing that has had a real effect for me has been cutting out sugar. Apart from fruit.

I've been indulging whilst on holiday and I can really see the difference in my skintone.

Make up wise, a bright cream blush applied with the Real Techniques stippling brush and a brightly coloured lipstick or gloss really lift the face.

Re powder versus cream blush. I use a cream one with a bit if a powder one over the top. Both the same shade from Bobbi Brown.

If you're over the age of 25, don't smile and apply to the apples of your cheeks as they'll drop to nearer your mouth when you relax your face again and drag your face down.

Water exercise sex
All above seem to help my overall look
to be clear not simultaneously

My face looks completely different after going low carb (losing the gluten and sugar, dramatically increasing water intake).

Tbf you could save time and incorporate all three at once Sleep. Multitask.
