Skincare / make up recommendations for hot climates?

My DSis lives overseas in a very, very hot climate. I want to buy her some skincare or make up for Christmas.

She doesn't wear much make up, (probably because it just slides off), but can anyone recommend any products that I can buy in the UK which she might like and might withstand the heat?

She is 36, normal skin, my budget is about £50. Thanks so much.

Revlon colour stay stays put! Mineral foundation is good for hot weather too.

Something like the Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colours? They are cream eyeshadows in a stick/twist up pencil. There's currently a set out (for Christmas) with 6 different colours for £38. They're all neutral colours and are easy to work with - just draw on the lid and smudge with finger or pencil.
They set on the skin after 30 seconds or so and last very well.
You can read a review of them here: www.temptalia.com/laura-mercier-mini-caviar-stick-eye-colour-quartet-review-photos-swatches#more-179050

Other brands make similar products - Bobbi Brown has some, but I haven't tried them. Same with Charlotte Tilbury. Chanel and Mac has similar, but in a pot.

Foundations are generally hard to buy for others if they haven't told you exactly which shade and brand they need, but I like Estee Lauder DayWear BB cream (it only comes in a few colours so it might be easier) and DoubleWear Light. They both last really well on the skin, even on hot days where I've been sweating loads.

Daniel Sandler Watercolour blush is also good, but I find it a bit hard to apply as it's very liquid and very pigmented. But feelunique sell them.

Any good lipstick, gloss or lip balm might be nice. Or a really nice SPF.

Thanks! I think I would find it difficult to buy a foundation for her and match the colour properly though.

Are the eye shadows in the mineral make up ranges as long lasting in the heat as the foundation?
