Needs to be suitable for mature and sensitive skin, and lovely to use.
And suitable for a gift (ie even if the superdrug one is absolutely marvellous, not sure I could wrap it up and give it :o Although I might buy it for myself)

Many thanks

A Clarisonic?

I love Origins never a dull moment. It lasts forever too.

Try Espa - I have just bought their exfoilater and it is lush, definitely not too harsh. The packaging is lovely and it would work well as a gift.

I'd avoid the grainy exfoliators and go for an acid one instead.

I like the Pixi Glow Tonic, but Clarins also has one.

It's used as a toner after cleansing and before moisturiser, can be used every day and is lovely. I really like the smell of the Pixi one.

I bought mine in the Pixi shop in London, but you can buy it online here: www.pixibeauty.com/ and Liberty also stock it in store and online AFAIK.

Caroline Hirons wrote great things about it a while back - you should be able to find it on her blog. She also mentions similar products in case you want something that looks more luxurious.

Thanks, will look into those! I have had other espa stuff and liked it.
I will investigate the clarisonic, although machines scare me a little :)
